Custom Corrugated Packaging Miami
Durable, versatile custom packaging
Strong, durable corrugated boxes are lightweight, resist crushing and work well for stacking. We build our custom corrugated packaging with double wall corrugated fiberboard that’s at least 350 lb., with fluting between three sheets of linerboard and two mediums. Overall container design — including direction of fluting, mechanisms for closing and inner supports — all give corrugated boxes their strength. Corrugated packaging is a better value than wood crates and provides ample protection for most items.
We build our containers specifically for items being transported. When creating our custom corrugated packaging, we consider a number of factors:
- What temperature is required?
- What is the weight of the items?
- What are the dimensions of the items?
- Are hazardous materials included?
- Will vibration affect the products?
- Will moisture affect the products?
- What is the value of the items?
- What method of transport will be used?
- Will boxes be stacked for transport or storage?
- Are there additional requirements for the final destination?
Our custom corrugated packaging is designed to endure all manner of transportation, including express carriers and U.S. Mail. Automated sorting, rough handling and stacking — our containers stand up to it all.
Reinforcement and closures
We make our custom corrugated boxes even stronger by adding banding, strapping and palletizing. Closure methods are also an important part of successful shipping with corrugated packaging. Staples, adhesives and pressure-sensitive tape are all used to help make boxes even stronger. We offer a TCT-4 packaging solution, which is a custom four sided, top and bottom container, or a TC container that is only the bottom and the lid. Also, we build a cleat box, which is a TCT-4 with 1x4 framing.
Uses for Custom Corrugated Packaging
Corrugated boxes are used for a number of purposes. Food service companies often use corrugated boxes. They also work well for transporting internationally because they stand up to long trips and rough handling. The military often uses corrugated boxes for long-term storage. More than 95 percent of products transported in the United States use corrugated boxes for their durability, flexibility and strength.
